Annett Allen

I have grown up in Peterborough, having moved with my parents and brothers from London, Middlesex back in the 1970’s. I am passionate about building a good rapport with people and houses have always interested me. I previously worked within the property industry for a few years before joining Prestige Property Experts. I was amazed to learn how this award-winning company train and prepare all of their Prestige Property Experts who join to set out on the right pathway by providing a personal, bespoke and professional one on one service to all customers with such clever strategies. The main aim is to achieve the best, highest price for their properties to speed up the sales process where time is of essence to get to completion from as little as 6 weeks. 

I am a leap year baby, so my friends tell me that I never age which is always a talking point when I eventually do get a real birthday every 4 years and like to keep young at heart!  

I have lived in the PE1 and PE3 areas in Peterborough with my husband and two grown up children for many years, so am also very familiar with the surrounding areas too. The greatest advantage is being so close to the railway station with access to London within an hour, as well as local hospitals and the A1 motorway.
