Hi, I am Chris, Northampton born and bred and one of its best Prestige Property Experts!

I am approaching a decade in Estate Agency and have loved every minute of it.  Having sold several hundred properties, I honestly still love the fact I haven't seen it all as every property has its own character. However, I have been fortunate to sell a number of very interesting and unique properties over the years:

• A factory converted penthouse apartment with views over the rooftops of Northampton by the renowned Colin Clayson, boasting a mega 2000+ square footprint;
• A 400 year old cottage in Kislingbury which uses the bow of a ship as the main support for the house, not to mention being steeped in British history as was originally part of a nobles estate;
• And last but not least a 1.3 million pound listing, just outside Towcester, with 8 bedrooms, tastefully modernised but still within keeping of the village.
